4th Grade Dancer: Ann Baglin

Ann Baglin grew up in Daly City and now lives in the Sunset with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Maggie and Maura.  When Ann and her family "waltzed" into Saint Cecilia School eight years ago, she never imagined that one day she would take on the role of the President of the SC Mothers' Club. But that day, or rather year, has come! In her spare time, Ann is a Teachers' Assistant to Mrs. Shea and her charming and energetic second graders. An Irish dancer her whole life, Ann had the honor and opportunity of a lifetime to dance in the Papal Mass of Pope John Paul II at the "Stick." Another fond memory is when Ann boogied her way to win the dance/costume contest at the SC Disco fundraiser. Together with Garry she is well prepared to show you their finest, greatest and best moves the Sunset has to offer! St. Cecilia, pray for us!

4th Grade Dancer: Garry Gavney

Garry Gavney was born in 1964 in Brooklyn, New York. He is known for two things: Emerald Auto and his Sunset Two Step! He is the fourth boy out of six, which is why he is representing the fourth grade class at Saint Cecilia.  Although he grew up a Holy Name Panther, he is a Tiger on and off the dance floor. When asked why he chose Saint Cecilia, he stated, "If you can't beat ‘em, join ‘em!" His children, Shane and Brooke, are counting on their dad to pull out the old systematic and hydromatic dance moves he learned while listening to "Grease" at the shop. Garry is ready to dazzle the crowd with both his charm and wrench-bolting moves!

4th Grade Co-Managers: Lisa Baisman and John Ring

We are bringing "Dancing with the Stars" from Reality TV to Live at the School. Don't miss Garry Gavney and Ann Baglin as these two steal the show with their enthusiasm, willingness, effortless ability, and quick steps. So get ready to vote for "Team Four Stars" as they make it their only job to WIN that mirror ball trophy for the 4th grade class!
