7th Grade Dancer: Ali Downey
Ali Downey is a soccer professional who wants the world to know and appreciate the passion, beauty, and joy (the PB&J) of soccer. While coaching young men, and the incredible young women of SC, he entered and won a Beckham Look-Alike Contest, which led to his meeting and marrying his gorgeous wife. Ali committed to enriching children’s lives through sports. Eleven years and 4 children later, Ali has led his teams to countless championships and won many tournaments. These days, Ali travels around the globe with his adventurous wife, Fiona, exhorting his teams to change the world. Ali is the proud father of St Cecilia 7th grader Rosie, 5th grader Allie, and alum Aiden.
7th Grade Dancer: Donita Murphy
Donita Murphy is a proud SC mom of 7th grader Dara and 2 graduates Ronan and Aiden, as well as the hot wife of Ruari. Famous for her trend-setting style, her demure personality, and her acrobatic moves on the dance floor, she is the breakout new model of Catholic Women’s Week. Her new reality show, Keeping up with the Royals, will debut in October 2014. She has been parodied on Saturday Night Live, and appeared on numerous talk shows, in addition to being featured in The New York Times and on the covers of Rolling Stone, People, US Weekly and In Touch. Her constantly expanding brand includes “Donita by Donita,” “Murphy Couture,” and “Team Murphy Gaelic.”
