1000 Cranes by Ms Santy's 4th grade class

This year each student in Ms. Santy’s 4th grade class has worked together to fold a total of 1000 cranes displayed in a 31” x 26” x 2.5" shadow box. In Japan, this is known as senbazuru, and according to legend, the owner will be granted a wish. The prints on the origami paper are by Tokidoki, and inspired by modern Japanese culture. The cranes are surrounded by warm white micro LED lights.
