Class Project Submissions

Thank you for your help with the Class Projects! Please fill out and submit the form below.

Please follow these guidelines when filling out the form:

*Item Name Use the format: Xth Grade, Room Y - Mr./Mrs. Teacher's Class Project. If the classes are combined omit the room number and list both teachers' names. Kindergarten should use Blue or Gold rather than room. TK remains TK.

*Estimated Value $ Enter any number to proceed

*Item Description Describe the item EXACTLY as you want it to appear online and at the auction. It will not be edited.

*Thanks to Please list anyone (including yourself!) who should be acknowledged for their help with the project.

*Click "Individual Donor" and "No" for the anonymous question.
